• Usage must comply with local restaurant regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and technical perfection, Sales Girl provides the service "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including lost revenue or data loss beyond our backup retention policies.
